A little about us

We started as a small interior design company in 1996 – founded by Allison and Robert, who grew the team from scratch. Since then, we’ve evolved into a multifaceted service but have kept a core, hands on team devoted to honing our craft, over delivering, and taking the stress away from our clients.

Having been around the block, we’ve learned a thing or two. We’ve worked on new builds, West London town houses, listed buildings, and even churches. So, there are no surprises and our quotes are precise.

Over the years, we’ve built up a directory of highly skilled professionals in all areas of building, interiors, design, and landscaping. We only recommend people we trust and admire for their craftsmanship and professionalism. This means you can come to us with a fully-fledged project proposal, or just the murmurings of an idea and we’ll be able to guide you all the way.

OUR PROCESS

Over the years, our process has been tried, tested and refined again, and again (and again), and we’ve found a method that works. We use this base structure, whilst accommodating the individual needs of each project, to ensure we deliver every time.

Meeting and Consultation

We get to know you and your vision. If appropriate, we’ll put you in touch with our Consult Architect to provide and discuss any necessary plans.

Estimation and Design

Once we’ve established the scope of the works, we’ll produce a cost and time estimate. Then, we’ll work with you to create a design for your space, highlight any additional costs, and provide a detailed project schedule.

Before We Start

Just before things get going, we’ll send you a payment schedule and a schedule of works. Once approved, we get to work. We’ll also provide a weekly project statement to keep you updated on costs and progress.

Work Begins

We do everything we can to minimise disruption to your homelife. On the first day, Robert will arrive early to answer any of your questions and introduce you to the team.

Progress

Robert will make daily visits to monitor your project’s development and resolve any issues. If building inspections are required, we’ll organise and schedule them accordingly.

Completion and Handover

We’ll clean all the areas that have been affected by the work, leaving your new space to be enjoyed immediately. In our handover meeting, we’ll provide the project’s paperwork and ensure you’re happy with everything done.
